At Zenera. The site and all booking communication are fully in English — I'll ask about your goals in plain English, explain what to expect, and walk you through logistics like parking and timing clearly.
If you have a clear tension point or pain — neck, shoulders, back — therapeutic massage is probably the right fit. If you mainly want a break and a general reset, relaxation massage is the better choice. If you're still unsure, we can decide together at the start of the session.
For most issues, 60 minutes is usually a balanced starting point. 90 minutes is a good option if the tension is long-standing or spread across multiple areas. We can adjust based on how your body responds.
Honestly: it depends on consistency. Research suggests short-to-medium-term relief and improved mobility, and that effect is more stable with repeated sessions than a single visit. It's not a cure, and I won't tell you otherwise.
Reasonable ones: training, working style, how session length is tracked, and what happens if you're sensitive to pressure. At Zenera: pharmacist-trained before massage-trained, progressive pressure, sessions run the exact length booked, and telling me upfront if you're sensitive means we adjust immediately.
I don't start aggressively. I begin gently and increase intensity gradually, based on what your body responds to. If you're sensitive to pressure, say so at the start and we'll adjust.
Zenera's hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. If you need a different time, message me directly.
Reflexology at Zenera is done exclusively on the feet, stimulating reflex points linked to different areas of the body. Details on the reflexology page
Progressive: I start gently with warm-up movements, then build pressure gradually based on your tolerance and what you're there for.
Before we start, I'll ask a few quick questions to understand what's been bothering you and what you want. We'll figure out a realistic starting point together, usually 60 minutes.
Yes — if you have neurological symptoms, a fever, an active infection, or a recent medical condition, see a doctor before booking. This is a genuine limitation I'm upfront about.

No special preparation needed. We'll choose a realistic starting point together — usually 60 minutes.
You can choose to talk about anything, or we can keep things quiet — entirely your call. I work alone, in a small space, with no other clients around.
