What we collect

We collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, button clicks, scroll depth) only if you choose to accept analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (language preference, consent state) load regardless of your choice.

Also only after you accept, we use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that records how the page is used — cursor movement, clicks and scrolling — and presents it as heatmaps and session replays. Clarity masks text typed into input fields by default, so we do not record what you write in forms and collect no contact details or other typed information this way.

Why we collect it

We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck before booking — never for third-party ad targeting.

Legal basis

Analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity included, rely on your explicit consent. Strictly necessary cookies rely on the legitimate interest of making the site work.

Who we share it with

Microsoft Corporation acts as the provider of the Clarity service and may process this data outside the European Economic Area, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. See the Microsoft privacy statement for details. Apart from this provider, we do not sell or pass your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months; data collected through Clarity is stored by Microsoft under its own retention policy. Consent records are kept for 3 years. Raw server logs are kept for 30–90 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Message us on Instagram for any request; we respond within 30 days.
